Permapost K-520 is an oil-soluble copper naphthenate based wood preservative that is low in toxicity and can be employed with a high degree of safety. KLEAR-GARD PT™ is a petroleum solvent-based wood preservative system for the pressure treatment of lumber, timbers, laminated beams, plywood and architectural wood products. IPBC / Permethrin

Permapost HI-Clear II is a two-component mineral spirits-based wood preservative system containing IPBC and Permethrin. HI-Clear II is designed to pressure treat high value architectural and engineered wood products including Molding, Millwork, Plywood, Laminated Beams, Lumber, and Timbers. Permapost HI-Clear II provides protection for wood intended to be used for above ground interior and exterior applications.

Permapost HI-Clear II provides:
1. Effective protection against decay by use of an organic fungicide for which efficacy has been well documented.
2. A relatively low mammalian toxicity.
3. A resistance to a broad range of insect attack through the use of an active component specific for insects.

Pentachlorophenol in Mineral Spirits

Pentachlorophenol dissolved in mineral spirits is commonly used to pressure treat dry lumber, plywood, laminated veneer products, and Glu-laminated beams. This product is restricted to exterior use and may be used for above ground and ground contact applications. The mineral spirit carrier combined with the preservative imparts a cinnamon color to the wood.

Pentachlorophenol in Heavy Oil

Pentachlorophenol dissolved in number two diesel (fuel oil) has been commercially produced since 1936. This product has the capability to treat green lumber as well as dry material. Commonly used to treat timber bridges, retaining walls, guard rails posts, and other severe duty structures. This hot oil treatment is restricted to exterior use, and may be used for above ground and ground contact applications.

Green-Gard PT™

Green-Gard PT™ is a mineral spirit soluble wood preservative. The key active ingredient, Copper Naphthenate, is historically proven and has been used successfully as a wood preservative for over 100 years.

Wood that has been pressure treated with Green-Gard PT™ will provide optimum protection against decay and insects. Green-Gard PT™ is leach resistant and non-corrosive to metal hardware.
